The death toll from the storm in eastern China rose to 32 on Sunday, with 16 people missing, state broadcaster CCTV reported, adding that the country was facing further travel disruptions as the storm moved further north along the coast.
Cyclone Lekima landed in the eastern province of Zhejiang on Saturday morning with wind speeds of up to 187 km (116 mi) per hour, causing thousands of flights to be canceled and rail operations suspended.

In Zhejiang, 130 kilometers north of the coastal city of Wenzhou, the natural dam collapsed in an area of ​​160 mm (6.3 inches) of rain in three hours, causing landslides.
