According to the latest buzz in the film industry, a criminal case has been filed against Shalini Pandey for being unprofessional. Recently Shalin Pandey signed an action thriller Tamil drama Agni Siragugal, in which Vijay Antony, Arun Vijay, Akshara Haasan, Nassar, and Prakash Raj, are playing the lead roles. The movie is directed by Naveen and produced by T Siva under the banner Amma Creations. After shooting for 27 days, Shalini Pandey suddenly quit ‘Agni Siragugal’ and refused to take any further part in the shoot.

The producer Amma Creations T Siva tried to convince Shalini Pandey to complete the shoot but she rejected his request and quit the movie. So the producer of Agni Siragugal has reportedly lodged a criminal complaint against Shalini Pandey and he also took the issue to the Tamil and Telugu Film producers councils.

The sources say that Shalini Pandey has stated that she is not interested in doing South films as she has bagged roles in Hindi movies opposite Ranveer Singh.

Shalini Pandey became an overnight star in Tollywood after delivering Sandeep Reddy Vanga’ Arjun Reddy, in which the young and talented actor Vijay Deverakonda played the lead role and the movie was blockbuster at the box office.

After Arjun Reddy, Shalini Pandey was also seen in Mahanati and NTR Kathanayakudu. Recently the actress also signed a Hindi movie. Shalini Pandey has been confirmed as the female lead in Yash Raj Films’ Jayeshbhai Jordaar, which will be directed by debutant director Divyang Thakkar. Arjun Reddy girl will play the romantic interest of Bollywood star Ranveer Singh in the comedy film.

Shalini Pandey will also be seen in Anushka Shetty and Madhavan starrer multilingual film Nishabdam which will hit the theaters on 31st January 2020.

Now Shalini Pandey is facing the criminal charges. Meanwhile, Akshara Haasan has replaced Shalini Pandey is in ‘Agni Siragugal’ and she has started the shoot.
