Vijayawada: Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan hit back at Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for making a personal attack on him, asking him what problem he has due to his three marriages.
Reddy was jailed because of his marriages. The Jana Sena leader was referring to Reddy’s imprisonment in connection with the alleged illegal assets case.
Pawan Kalyan’s three marriages to the Chief Minister after a day, launched a counter-attack on his decision on the critics of the Jana Sena leader in all government schools.
Addressing the National Education Day celebrations on Monday, Reddy had hit out at Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu, TDP President N. Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan for criticizing his government’s decision to convert all government-run schools into English medium schools. The YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) chief wanted to know if the children of these leaders did not study in English-medium schools.
“Sir, actor Pawan Kalyan garu. You have three wives, four-five children. They are studying in the medium of instruction,” Reddy has asked.
Pawan Kalyan said that it was unfortunate that the Reddy was resorting to government attacks for personal attacks. “You are saying I am married to three women. What problem do you have with my marriages? It is because of my marriages that you were in jail for two years,” he asked the chief minister.
The actor also wondered how to train without the medium of instruction.
