After her divorce with Pawan Kalyan, former heroine Renu Desai is trying to make her presence felt in the cinema world in some way or another. At first she directed a movie that didn’t do well and then went on to host a TV show that didn’t even click.
Later, she hoped to return to acting and even locked down a movie. In the biopic of Stuartpuram-based Tiger Nageswara Rao, Bellamkonda Srinivas is likely to play the lead role, in fact Renu Desai has agreed to play a role. She has to play the role of Hemalatha Lavanam, daughter of social reformer and famous poet Gurram Joshua.
A report is now doing rounds some good friends of Renu Desai from the journalist community are said to have advised her to not do this supporting role. They have asked her to do a film that has her in the leading role, rather doing a sidekick. Convinced by them, now Renu has opted out of this second acting debut.
